Online Agility and Speed Program provides 8 weeks of - EDD’s (Every Day Drills) w/ additional movements that start with body weight, transition into band work, and from there goes into weights. This is for athletes looking to strengthen their ankles, learn how to jump and emphasis their agility with vertical. We will have video’s accessible to you to understand what these drills are and understand why you do these.

  • I had my daughter do this for 8 weeks along with a separate plan for lifting and she increased 4 inches in a small time. I believe in this program and our athletes here at AE all have done this and seen their own personal gains.
